*The owner had to cook in Negril to obtain our jerk seasoning recipe. Served with honey mustard. 10

Crispy fried calamari tossed in honey and sriracha sauce. Served alongside sweet and spicy cucumbers. 10

Crab & Goat Rollup

Crab meat and goat cheese wrapped in puff pastry, topped with parmesan cheese and then baked until golden brown. Served with a side of spicy jalapeño-berry jam. 12

Caprese Salad Skewers

Skewers of grape tomatoes and smoked mozzarella cheese placed over a pesto vinaigrette dressing. Finished witha balsamic reduction. 8

Seafood Skins

Potato wedges topped with shrimp, scallops, crab meat and a creamy ranch dressing sauce, finished with melted cheddar jack cheese. 13

Creamy Crab Dip

Sautéed shrimp tossed with grape tomatoes, garlic, spinach and fresh herbs in a white wine butter sauce. Served over angel hair pasta with grilled toast points. 22

Center cut filet, grilled and served with your choice of sauce and smashed potatoes. 32
